Accessibility statement

Last reviewed September 2026.

We build accessible websites for our clients, and we hold our own site to the same standard. We want everyone to be able to find out what we do and get in touch, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Australian Human Rights Commission for accessible websites under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992. Accessibility is ongoing work, so we keep checking and improving the site as it grows.

What we've built in

  • Clear page structure with proper headings, landmarks and a logical reading order.
  • Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • Descriptive link and button text, and labels on icon-only buttons.
  • Contact form fields with visible labels and clear, specific error messages.
  • Text alternatives on meaningful images; decorative images and effects are hidden from screen readers.
  • Text and background colours checked against WCAG contrast requirements.
  • Pages that work when zoomed to 200% and reflow on small screens.
  • Animations and moving effects are switched off or reduced when your device is set to reduce motion.

Known limitations

We're aware of a few areas we're still improving:

  • Some decorative effects move on their own: the scrolling strip and the rolling list of services on the home page. They pause when you hover over them and stop completely if your device is set to reduce motion, but there isn't yet a separate pause button for keyboard users.
  • Hover effects, such as the circles that appear behind text, are decorative only. All the content they highlight is available without them.
  • Our project pages link to client websites we've built. Those sites are managed by their owners and may differ from this statement.

Tell us about a barrier

If anything on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please let us know. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we'll get back to you and fix it where we can.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Australian Human Rights Commission at humanrights.gov.au.
