If you leave the plan early
If you leave before 12 months, you pay the rest of the $990 build cost, reduced by $82.50 for every month you've been on the plan ($990 ÷ 12). For example, leave after 4 months and you pay $660. After 12 months there's nothing more to pay, and your plan carries on month to month with no lock-in.
This only applies to the $0 upfront option. Prices on website care plans are per month, no GST charged.

Your site is always yours.
Leave any time and take it with you: your domain, your content and your site files.
Your domain is registered in your name, and your content and site files are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over: your site files, help to transfer your domain, and a copy of any content we hold, with no exit fee. The only exception is the $0 upfront new small business website: if you leave the plan within the first 12 months, you pay the rest of the build cost.
