What's included
The jobs that keep a website safe and working, done on a schedule in the background. You don't need to log in or learn anything.
Software updates
Your website runs on software that needs regular updates to stay safe. We do them for you, monthly on Essentials and weekly on Growth and Partner.
A copy of your site, kept safe
We save a copy of your whole site (a backup) every week on Essentials and every day on Growth and Partner, so if anything goes wrong it can be put back quickly.
Checks for hackers and viruses
We check your site for break-ins and harmful files, and keep protection in place to keep them out.
We know if your site goes down
We're alerted straight away if your site stops working, so we can fix it fast, often before you or your customers notice.
Changes done for you
On Growth you get up to 1 hour of changes a month, and on Partner up to 2 hours: new text, photos or pages. Just send us your list.
Speed, links and Google
Growth and Partner include checks that your site loads fast and every link works. Partner adds a check every 3 months that you show up on Google and that everyone can use your site.

Every website needs hosting: somewhere to live online so people can visit it any time.
Website hosting and domain name hosting: we keep your site online, and manage and renew your domain name in your name. There are three ways to do it.

Hosting with Powerful Owl
$200 a year (about $4 a week), No GST charged
For anyone who doesn't have hosting yet. We keep your website and domain name online and renewed in your name, plus up to 5 email addresses on your domain (like info@yourbusiness.com.au) delivered to the inbox you already use.
Separate business inbox: set up with Google or Microsoft in your own name; we connect it for $99 (one-off). No GST charged.

Keep your own hosting
Your own hosting company
Already have a hosting company? We'll build and look after your site there, or move it to us.
Your own business email address
Included with hosting: up to 5 addresses like info@yourbusiness.com.au. Emails sent to them land in the inbox you already use (Gmail, BigPond, Outlook), so there's no new app or password, and nothing new to check. You can reply as info@yourbusiness.com.au too. Want a separate business inbox? Set one up with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 in your own name (about $10–12 a month, paid to them). You own it and they look after it. We'll connect it to your website address for a one-off $99. No GST charged.
