No. You give us permission to post on your Facebook and Instagram pages. You never share your password, you stay the owner of your pages, and you can remove our access any time.

Which platforms do you post to?

Facebook and Instagram. Each post is designed once and published on Facebook and Instagram (FB & Insta), with a caption written for each, and posted to both at the same time. Steady Presence is 3 posts a week (about 13 a month) and Campaign is 4 to 5 posts a week (about 17 to 22 a month), each one on FB & Insta. If you'd like another platform as well, ask us and we'll talk it through.

Do you guarantee more followers?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We focus on what we can control: consistent, good-looking posts that go out at the right times and keep your business front of mind.

Can I see what's planned?

Yes. Every package comes with your own private calendar link, showing every post and Story with its card, the Facebook and Instagram captions and the day and time it goes out. You can see a sample calendar at /services/campaign-calendar/sample.

Do I need to do anything each week?

Not if we post for you. You approve the whole plan once, up front, and we do the rest. We'll only check in when we need something from you, like photos from an event. With the Campaign Calendar (you post it), you post each one yourself on the suggested days.

Do you answer comments and messages?

No. You answer them yourself on every plan, so your followers always hear from you directly. We post it for you on Steady Presence, Campaign and the bundles; on the Campaign Calendar (you post it), you post it yourself.

Can you plan and design the posts, and I'll post them myself?

Yes. That's our Campaign Calendar (you post it): we plan and design the whole campaign, with captions, hashtags and the links to use. You download each card and caption from your private calendar link and post it on the suggested days. It's $950 for a 3-month campaign (about $73 a week), $1,650 for 6 months, $2,900 for 12 months. No GST charged. Prefer us to post them for you? Same posts, we publish them: Steady Presence (we post it) is $95 a week, billed monthly at $412 (about $22 a week more). No GST charged.
