Can you fix my hacked site?

Usually, yes. We find what went wrong, clean out anything harmful that was added, restore a safe copy of your site if we need to, and update everything so it's harder to break into again. It's a one-off job, and we tell you the price before we start.

Why is my WordPress site so slow?

Often it's out-of-date add-ons, too many of them, or large photos that take a long time to load. We look at what's slowing it down, fix what we can, and tell you plainly what's left.

Can you make my site easier to edit?

Yes. We tidy up how your site is set up for editing, so changing words and photos is simple again. If you'd like, we'll show you how, step by step.

Should I move off WordPress?

Not always. If your site works and you're happy editing it, keeping it up to date is often the simplest choice. If it keeps breaking, is slow or is hard to change, a faster, simpler site can be easier to live with. We'll talk it through and give you an honest view, with no pressure either way.

More about WordPress help

Already on WordPress?

Is it slow, out of date, broken or hard to update? You don't have to put up with it, and you don't have to start again. We look after WordPress sites now, and most problems can be fixed on the site you already have.

These are the three problems we see most, and what we do about each one.

It's broken or has been hacked

Pages won't load, something looks wrong, or visitors are being sent somewhere strange. We find the problem and fix it, clean out anything harmful, restore a safe copy of your site, and get it working again. Then we tell you, in plain words, what happened.

It's out of date and slow

WordPress and its add-ons (plugins: small add-on programs that give your site extra features) need regular updates. When they fall behind, sites get slow and easier to break into. We update everything safely, speed up how quickly your pages load, and make sure your site works well on phones.

It's hard to update

Changing a few words or a photo shouldn't be a battle. We tidy up how you edit your site, so changing words and photos is simple again. Or we show you how, step by step.
